Growing teams run into the same issue: the headshots look great until the next few hires start. Here is how to stay consistent.

The problem with growing

You photograph the team, the page looks great, and then you hire five people over the next few months. Suddenly half the team is polished and consistent and the other half is a mix of phone photos and old crops. The page starts to look messy, which is the opposite of why you did it.

Lock the setup once

The fix is to treat your look as a spec. Same background, same lighting, same crop, same edit style. Once we have shot your first round, I keep those settings on file so anything we shoot later matches — not close enough, actually matches.

Two easy ways to keep up

Most teams do one of two things. Either a short top-up session every quarter for whoever joined, or new hires come through in small batches when it is convenient. Both keep your team page clean without redoing everyone each time someone starts.
